Precision Healing Massage Rates
We specialize in great deep tissue massage with a neuromuscular approach. If you are not sure what massage to book we recommend scheduling the Integrative Therapeutic Massage where your therapist will talk to you about your needs and provide the massage that you will benefit the most from.
Massage Rates
40-Minute Massage — $95
60-Minute Massage — $120
75-Minute Massage — $145
90-Minute Massage — $165
These rates must be paid at the time of service and cannot be billed to insurance.
These rates apply to Integrative Therapeutic Massage, Relaxation Massage, and Pregnancy Massage. Each session may incorporate therapeutic and relaxation techniques to varying degrees based on your needs and treatment goals.
Additional fees may apply to other services and optional upgrades.

Integrative Therapeutic Massage
Our Integrative Therapeutic Massage takes a personalized approach to your care. Each session may blend trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, myofascial release, and other techniques to help reduce pain and restore comfortable movement.
Cupping Massage
$15 Upgrade
Cupping therapy combines therapeutic massage with specialized cups that create gentle suction and negative pressure on the skin and underlying tissues.
Cupping may help reduce muscular tension and stiffness, promote local circulation, and provide a different approach to working with tight or restricted areas. Your therapist may use stationary or moving cups alongside hands-on massage techniques based on your individual needs.
Ultimate Pain-Relieving Massage (Lidocaine & Arnica)
$15 Upgrade
This focused treatment combines a topical pain-relieving balm containing lidocaine, arnica, and other soothing ingredients with targeted therapeutic massage.
Optional infrared heat may be used to help warm and relax the tissues while your therapist focuses on areas of pain and tension using precise trigger point therapy and deep tissue techniques.
This upgrade can be added to your massage when you would like additional attention given to particularly sore or uncomfortable areas.

Relaxation Massage
Our Relaxation Massage combines long, flowing strokes with pressure tailored to your preference to ease muscular tension, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage
Our therapists are trained and experienced in providing massage throughout all stages of pregnancy. We offer a specialized pregnancy cushion designed to reduce pressure on the low back and abdomen, allowing many clients to comfortably lie face-down well into their pregnancy.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re seeking relief from muscular tension and pregnancy-related discomfort or simply time to relax and recharge.

Medical Massage
$180 Billable Rate — 60 Minutes
$145 Self-Pay Rate — 60 Minutes
Medical massage uses a focused, treatment-based approach for specific injuries or areas of pain and dysfunction. Insurance-billed treatment requires appropriate documentation, including a prescription or referral with diagnosis codes.
Medical massage involves more detailed clinical charting and documentation than our standard massage services.
We currently bill MVA/PIP insurance for eligible medical massage services. We do not currently bill private health insurance plans.
