I went to Precision Healing because I heard amazing things about the work Brandon can do. I didn't have any major issues I focused on but something relaxing to help with stress is what I was looking for. Brandon is a warm, friendly, professional guy that really listens and I highly recommend him.
"I imagine that when you get to heaven, it feels like getting a massage from Diane for the rest of eternity. Seriously she has the hands of an angel. I have had three massages with her now and they were hands down the best three massages of my life. She is so lovely and intuitive and talented. I cannot say enough good things about Precision Healing and Diane"Bridget V
When I moved to Portland almost 5 years ago I needed a way to help with lower back pain. I tried a few message therapist and then found Dana at Precision Healing. Her deep tissue massages saved me! I was able to walk more without much discomfort and would leave the table so grateful. I have been seeing Dana for almost 4 years and am so happy to have found her."
"I have gotten massages at a lot of different places over the years, but this is the first place where I consistently come back. I have seen a couple of the different therapists here, and all are good, but Diane is my favorite, and now I book with her. She's good at her job, professional, pays attention to what you want, and friendly."Kate O
All of the massage therapists at this establishment are incredibly talented, and each therapist brings a unique skill set to their massage work. As someone who deals with chronic pain related to multiple health issues, I can not say enough positive things about Precision Healing! If you're looking for pain relief on top of relaxation, I would highly recommend going here. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and pain management, and great at meeting your personal needs (whether that's stress relief and/or pain relief).
Diane's talents are seriously sent from beyond. I was feeling cramped, achey, and even had a bad heartburn before walking inside. She was kind in greeting as I made my way up the stairs. Simply put, this was the best massage I have ever had. Her hands are impressively strong, and they find every single knot in seconds. She applied deep pressure and it truly was to die for. I was so rejuvenated afterward - light and joyous.
Diane is a fantastic therapist. She is an excellent listener and practices compassionately. Best massage I have had in Portland yet! I have significant issues with connective tissue and I feel renewed and free movement again after seeing her.
Dana is a miracle worker. This isn't your normal fluff & buff massage - see Dana if you want lasting relief from aches and pains. I started seeing Dana to get relief from CrossFit and weightlifting-induced injuries and pain. After a couple sessions she resolved the pain, but also helped identify the issues with my mechanics that caused the pain. Now I see her from time-to-time to maintain healthy, pain free movement. Everyone I've sent to her has agreed, she's the best in the business!

We have enhanced our cleaning procedures greatly since the 2020 Covid-19 outbreak. To keep you as safe as possible, we now sanitize all touchable surfaces after each appointment. While this is an extensive process we feel it is important. We also are staggering appointments as much as possible to reduce to amount of people in the waiting room. In the near future we plan to add hepa air filters to each room.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What type(s) of massage do you offer?
While all therapists at Precision Healing have extensive training in many modalities (types of massage), our approach to massage is not modality based. Instead, we focus on integrating all of skills needed to help reduce your pain, decrease your stress, and increase your flexibility (if needed).
With this said, all therapists at Precision Healing are trained in NeuroMuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, and Swedish Massage. For motor vehicle accidents we provide medical massage.
Do you offer couples massage?
We can see 2 people at time, but not in the same room. It is easiest to call or text 503-477-2463 if you want to schedule 2 or more appointments at the same time.
Can I just Relax?
Of course! Ideally your massage should feel therapeutic, but should also be relaxing. Our work is typically firm and focused. "No pain no gain" usually isn't an approach that we support unless it falls into that "hurt so good" massage realm.
Let your therapist know what style / depth of work you like, and they will be happy to do that as long as it is safe and beneficial.
What should I wear to my appointment?
In the average session clients dress down to underwear (no bra). You will be very safely and comfortably draped with a sheet and blanket. However, we are comfortable working with fully clothed clients if that is your comfort level.
If you would like your session to be more interactive (less relaxing but potentially more productive) bring shorts and a sports bra so we can more assessments throughout the session.
How do I make an appointment?
The best and easiest way is to use our online scheduler
Alternately, you can get in touch by phone at 503-477-2463, or use the form under the contact page.
What does the "assessment process" involve?
Assessment is the way that we collect information to help us "solve the puzzle" that you present us.
The intake form that you fill out is what stimulates and guides our initial assessment. The assessment process may only include conversation, or may also include the use of standard orthopedic assessments that may help to reveal the source of your condition.
This process usually last between 1 and 10 minutes depending on your needs.
