Precision Deep Tissue Massage is a perfect balance of strength and relaxation. This is a more aggressive technique that reaches deep into tight muscles and connective tissue. You will experience my style of Deep Tissue as a muscle specific treatment that eliminates chronic pain through focused manipulation and joint mobilizing.

Precision Healing Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

Precision Healing Neuromuscular Therapy is true treatment work at its best! This treatment is for the person who wants to be an active part of the healing process. My style of NMT is an interactive approach that blends many modalities to decrease pain and increase range of motion. You will resist into stretches, have trigger points released, and receive deep tissue and myofascial release.

Neuromuscular Therapy helps to reset and restore chronically tight muscles by reprogramming “muscles memory.” You will feel a sense of achievement, freedom and increased mobility after this treatment.

Precision Myofascial Release

Precision Myofascial Release is a technique that is ideal for people with chronic pain or postural imbalances. Muscles are released with a specific layer by layer technique that deals with the body as a whole and frees any unnatural adhesions. This style of massage includes very slow separating strokes, skin rolling and stretching.

Myofascial Release is specifically aimed at creating positive change within the connective tissue in the body, known as fascia. Fascia is an uninterrupted, three-dimensional web of tissue that extends from head to toe. It is responsible for maintaining structural integrity by providing support and protection.

If you are seeking deep relaxation and freedom from stress this is the perfect treatment. My style of Swedish Massage incorporates medium pressure strokes with an emphasis on deep relaxation. Long gliding strokes with slow focused holds will help improve your circulation.
