As a full time massage therapist and massage instructor I truly strive to make breakthroughs in each and every client that crosses my path. If you come to me with pain and limited motion, my goal is to bring you back to balance with measurable results! If you want relaxation or focused deep tissue massage, that is what you will get.
My passion and dedication to creating structural harmony and freeing my clients
from pain is what drives me as a massage therapist. I truly believe that profound
healing is an integrated experience of unwinding the body and mind to their natural
resting state. I have clinical experience treating conditions such as shoulder and neck
restrictions, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, whiplash, sciatica,
disk problems, stress reduction, TMJ and knee dysfunctions.

I attended massage school at the highly acclaimed Phoenix Therapeutic Massage Schhol in 1999. In 2005 I expanded my treatment skills by studying with Doug Nelson, the founder of Precision Neuromuscular Therapy whose goal is to deliver measurable results. In 2008 I relocated to Portland, OR and began instructing massage at the Everest Institute. I currently teach: Advanced Massage Techniques, Anatomy & Physiology, Deep Tissue Massage, Eastern Theories and Joint Dysfunction.
With a strong belief in the science of nature, attention to detail and personalized healing touch, I am extremely
dedicated to focusing on encompassing the mind, body and spirit to bring balance in each of my clients. Through
continued genuine warmth, knowledge and professionalism I have built many true relationships with my clientele
that I hope to have for years to come.
